Norman & Spicer was founded in 1979 by Mark Spicer and Jim Norman in Towcester Northamptonshire and moved to Daventry in 1984. It is a family run business. Norman & Spicer offer a wide range of Agricultural and equine knowledge, product and Service. Crop and Grassland Agronomy, field walking and advice are provided, with a wide range of chemicals always available.

Agronomy Services
Norman & Spicer provides effective agronomic expertise and support to farmers in the Shires region. (Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Leicestershire, Warwickshire and Oxfordshire). We use the Muddy Boots software system for all field recommendations which helps our customers meet the increasing need to record and justify their actions to satisfy both assurance schemes and the end user.

Norman & Spicer Agronomists hold all the relevant training certificates and are BASIS, Facts and Beta qualified.

We are distributors for all key agrochemical manufacturers ensuring that we are able to offer our customers the latest new chemistry as well as an extensive range of established products. Norman & Spicer is a licenced seed merchant.

Equine Services
We stock a full range of all Baileys feeds and they make several of our own label feed which we can sell very competitively. We stock all other leading brands of feed and are main disturbutors for Baileys, Saracens, Badminton, Snowflake, Bedmax, Weatherbeeta, Shires, Equine America, Global Herbs an Carr & Day & Martin. We hold a large selection of all equine requisites and are fully licensed to sell all equine, cat and dog wormers.

We also offer a rug cleaning service and a clipper machine service and repair and blade sharpening service
